Native instruments Reaktor 3.3

With Reaktor 3.3 native instruments presents the next major update of its highly acclaimed modular software for synthesis, sampling and effects processing.

Reaktor 3.3 builds on the performance and features first introduced with reaktor 3 and makes it even smoother and quicker to build and modify instruments, to use reaktor as a vst plug-in, and to quickly preview, add, and replace instruments. reworked sample-management, improved snapshot handling, streamlined user interface, and an integrated browser let you work even faster than ever. Combined with many improvements and additions to the basic modules such as a grain cloud delay, FIR-filter, clock-shuffler, FM7 oscillator, and more, reaktor 3.3 provides exceptional possibilities for sound exploration.

Reaktor, the award winning modular sound studio, offers endless possibilities for synthesis, sampling and effects processing, live or in the studio. Native Signal Processing technology boasts superb 32-bit sound quality at 96kHz and beyond. Reaktor's intuitive graphical interface paves the way for endless exploration and quick construction of exceptional sonic creations. Compatibility with all major interface standards and file formats assures perfect integration into any studio environment.

Reaktor's libraries include a staggering array of instruments created by top sound designers. Explore analog modeled, additive, FM, and unique synthesizers. Groove with real-time time compression and expansion. Mix with compressors, EQs, pitch shifters, filtered delays, distortion, and up to sixteen channels of surround. Everything is immediately at your fingertips, from authentic emulations of classic gear to creations never heard before. Since everything is modular in Reaktor, any instrument can be modified and improved according to a specific need. New instruments can quickly be assembled by copying parts of existing ones, by using the huge Macro Library, or by combining modules, Reaktor's basic building blocks. Musicians around the world have already discovered these creative possibilities and regularly contribute new instruments to the library database at NI's web site.

Reaktor supports every professional native interface. In addition to working in stand-alone mode with ASIO, Reaktor can also be used as a plug-in with VST 2.0, DirectConnect, DXi, and MAS.

Reaktor 3.3 will be available in July 2002 in the stores.

With the introduction of version 3.3 Native Instruments will introduce a new price for Reaktor.
